1: To obtain high strength structural adhesive layer, the surface needs to remove coating, oxidation layer, oil, dust, release agent and other pollutants.
2: To mix the adhesive in accordance with the prescribed proportion, A and B components should be mixed for 5 minutes until the color is unified.
3: Do not move parts during the curing process, and clamp the bonded material. The maximum shear strength can be obtained when the thickness of adhesive layer is 0.09 ~ 0.27mm.
4: To obtain the maximum bonding strength, the two surfaces to be bonded should be evenly coated with adhesive.
5: curing temperature above 5ºC, heating below 93ºC can speed up the curing speed and improve the bonding strength.
6: excess uncured adhesive with ketone solvent cleaning.
7: The gluing process should be completed within the applicable period, a large number of mixing or high temperature will reduce the use of time.
8: Construction personnel with rubber gloves construction, avoid contact with the skin, do not use solvents to clean the skin. Storage conditions:
Store airtight in a cool and dry place in the range of 15 to 28ºC. In order to avoid contamination of unused glue, no substance shall be poured into the original packing bucket.
