TP691Wood Flooring Polyurethane Adhesive is a one-part, elastic polyurethane adhesive,suitable for all types of wood flooring,such as parquet flooring,hardwood flooring and timber flooring etc. The polyurethane flooring adhesive is of high viscosity and cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture.TP691 is a special adhesive for flooring project, with moderate modulus, good thixotropy, moderate elongation, good elasticity, suitable for all kinds of porous and non-porous materials, with good adhesion, surface coating paint is available. It is a professional adhesive that is specially used for interior decoration.

Typical Application

For bonding many types of wooden parquet, strip and sheet wood flooring systems to concrete, wood or over existing floors.Good for bonding wood and wood derivative and paper in the house.

 

Ideal for bonding wood floors to concrete, plywood, cured leveling compounds, moisture vapour barrier, particle board, rubber underlay, gypsum board, ceramic tiles, stone, terrazzo, radiant heated sub floors, metal decking, steel, and aluminium.

Application tips

1. The bonded surface must be clean, dry and free of putty before bonding.
2. Substrates that may seep out of oil are not suitable for direct application of sealant.
3. For rusted or corroded metal surfaces (such as aluminum oxide, copper, iron oxide rust surface), in order to ensure the bonding effect, the rust on the surface layer needs to be worn off before coating.
4. Due to the construction environment, construction methods, and material differences, pre-testing is required before use to ensure adhesion performance.
